Working with Voice Platforms
The Capacity Private Cloud Speech Engine maintains compatibility with numerous voice platforms supporting the MRCP standard. Installation typically requires downloading the Media Server, Speech Engine, and licenses, then configuring the voice platform to reference the Media Server's IP address.
Most MRCP-compatible voice platforms contain administrator options for designating an ASR server location — this should reference the machine hosting the Media Server.
Many platforms offer pre-configured ASR options. If a dedicated option is not available, generic or custom settings may work. The system generally aligns with Nuance, IBM, or Loquendo configurations, so attempting those options may prove beneficial when available.
