Capacity Private Cloud relies on externally hosted model files to power its speech and voice biometrics engines. Before the platform can process any speech or biometric requests, the relevant containers must download these models from a remote resource repository. Ensuring that your network allows this connectivity is a critical step in any deployment.
The platform's containers must communicate with the resource service to download the speech and voice biometric models required for operation. Ensure that your external firewall rules are configured to allow this outbound connection.
