External Dependency Support Matrix

Capacity Private Cloud integrates with a range of external infrastructure components. This matrix documents the versions we actively test against, continue to support, and have deprecated or retired from our support scope.

How to use this matrix:

  •  Tested  — These versions are included in our continuous integration and pre-release QA cycles. We recommend these for new deployments.
  •  Supported  — We provide support for these versions but do not include them in primary test coverage. They remain viable for production use.
  •  Deprecated  — These versions are approaching end-of-life and will transition to unsupported status. We recommend planning your upgrade path.
  •  Unsupported   — We no longer provide support for these versions.

Planning for changes:

We understand that many organizations have rigorous change management processes that require significant lead time. This matrix is updated proactively to give you visibility into upcoming transitions, allowing you to plan upgrades within your own
QA and release cycles.

End-of-life dates shown are based on upstream vendor announcements. Versions with EOL dates within six months are flagged with a warning indicator.

A note on scope:

To deliver consistent, high-quality support, we focus our testing efforts on a defined set of versions and retire older ones over time. If you have specific version requirements not reflected here, please contact your account team to discuss your  options.
