Technical Support can assist you with the following:
- Issues with the operation of supported Capacity Private Cloud products in a production or development environment.
- License issues requiring immediate attention to keep a production environment operational or restore it to operation.
- Post-sale technical questions about the operation of supported products.
- Product change or enhancement requests.
- Notification of important project milestones—such as go-live dates, major platform upgrades, or software upgrades—so appropriate staff can be made aware of your plans.
- Scheduling training or other deliverables related to the purchase of Capacity Private Cloud software.
